The learning is memorable and motivates staff. Experiential learning sticks, making it a very effective spend. We have developed a very potent driving metaphor to link our track activities to the learning points that we want our delegates to take back to their workplace. These points will be subtly re-enforced every time the delegate gets behind the wheel of a car.

Team Silverstone is attractive to all colleagues - Most of the adult working population in the UK hold a driving licence. This means they can immediately get involved in our outdoor activities. To date, our delegates have been 55/45% male / female with some non-drivers. They have all been totally involved in the sessions and have found them equally stimulating.
